I'm so tired. Tired of getting up early, going to bed early, prepping my meals, laying out my clothes, the routines....
- Monday I was sick, so I didn't go to work or workout
- Tuesday, I did boot camp and a 2 mile walk with a friend after work
- Wednesday - which is today, I think I'm going to rest. I have a crazy next few days
- Thursday - boot camp
- Friday - boot camp
- Saturday - We are going backpacking, so we have a 4 mile hike in
- Sunday - and a 4 mile hike out
Estimated calories burned this week: 5,000
We'll see what it actually was come Sunday
The biggest reward thus far is that I'm getting back into my skinny Gap jeans. Over Christmas, I had to go back out and buy a 16W jean, which bummed me out because I was finally in my 16 Gap jeans that my husband bought be forever ago as motivation. I couldn't just go up to the 18 in my closet because it was too big, but the 16W fit just right with the right about of stretch.
I can't wait until I'm out of the clear of 16 all together. I really have come a long way though and I need to remember that I'm not even close to my size 20 jeans anymore and to be greatful for that. Perspective is sometimes all you need.
