Delicious Recipe and motivating loss

I made this recipe for sweet potato fries via Clean Eating Magazine and they turned out really really good.

I really think that eating clean this week has helped me a lot. I lost 1 pound since last week! I even went to Atlanta last weekend and still lost.  I'm very happy with the results thus far and it's technically only been 4 days of eating clean.

This morning, boot camp was BRUTAL with a capital B! I've been dreading the day she decides to do stair workouts and today was that day.

I'll quote my boot camp instructor today b/c it totally summed up my workout:

"
The all or nothing approach isn't just draining, it's ineffective. You don't have to be perfect today, just focus on being better than you were yesterday." 
I can defiantly say that I'm better than I was yesterday b.c I did no workout, but today was definitely not my best day.  There's always tomorrow!
