Motivation

Instead of thinking of the size I want to be, I stay motivated by reminding myself of the size I was.  It puts perspective on weight loss and allows me to move foward knowing that I'm moving farther and farther away from my heaviest weight. 

Also, I like to put motivational fitness sayings from Pinterest as my background on my phone.  Everytime I power it up, I see the words "It took more than a day to put it on.  It will take more than a day to take it off.  Move."
