Running

I've always wanted to be a runner, but never could seem to do it.  I've gotten up to about 5 minutes total of running at one time or another, but have never been consistent with it.  This year, 2012, I think I'm going to give myself another shot at it.  My goal is to give the Runner's World 8 week beginning runner's training program a shot. 

Week 1 -
Monday - Run 1 Min, Walk 2 Min  - repeat 10x
Tuesday- Walk 30
Wednesday - Run 1 Min, Walk 2 - repeat 10x
Thursday - Walk 30
Friday - Run 1, Walk 2 - Repeat 10x
Saturday - Run 1, Walk 2 - Repeat 10x
Sunday - Rest
