Weigh In Day!

Today was weigh in day at work for our Biggest Loser competition.  Partner was down 2.8lbs and I was down 1.2lbs! I have .8lbs to go before my 10% goal! Whoo-hoo.  I celebrated with a Hawaiian Chicken sandwich from Back Yard Burger and a Diet Coke.  I've pretty much given up Diet Coke's so it's a treat for me when I do get one. 

Workouts for the week:
Monday - 60 minutes of Water Aerobics
Tuesday - 60 minutes of Hip Hop Dance
Wednesday - 60 minutes of Zumba
Thursday - 60 minutes of Zumba + a nice 45 min walk with my hubby and our dog at the park
Friday - 60 minutes of Zumba
Saturday - Possibly 60 minutes of Zumba
Sunday - Possibly 60 minutes of Zumba

Total hr's worked out 7hrs and 45 minutes.  That's pretty damn good! You would think that after working out that much in a week that one would have lost more than 1.2lbs though! I honestly haven't eaten bad at all either! This losing weight thing is pretty damn tough.
