I find losing weight easier when you set little goals for yourself. Like right this minute, I want to be a 207 by my Friday weigh in for the Biggest Loser challenge at work (which my team is in 2nd place for). If I get to 207 then I will have lost 10% of my total weight when I started Weight Watchers at 230.
1. Lose 2lbs by this Friday to get to 10% body weight lost
2. Win Biggest Loser - ends 5/28
3. Get into my Jcrew size 16 bridesmaid dress (which I fit into other 16 dresses, just don't know how JCREW will be, pictured above)
4. Get to my 30lb goal or more by the time I leave for FL June 22nd
5. By the July Buntin Olympics lose an additional 4lbs
6. Keep going til my cruise and then for Becky's Wedding in April 2011
I feel motivated this time because of these small goals and the fact that I don't dread working out anymore. I really enjoy going to water aerobics and Zumba.
