We've done a TON of ab and weight work outs, which leads me to today...
I was so sore from Monday that I could barely run this morning. Then we had to go inside and do more arms and ab excercises.
Burpees are the worst. Especially when you are sore from other exercises.
- I'm done for the week! Friday we go to Florida again to visit family. I'm hoping I can get my butt up at least twice while we are there and walk/swim/run.
